Job summary

Republic Finance, a growing financial services company, is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Texas. You will undergo 18–24 months of paid training to learn branch operations and management, then manage your own branch with relocation support if promoted.

You will originate loans, educate customers on lending services, and help achieve sales goals while upholding our core values. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a clear career path, with relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, improve credit and debt consolidation.
• Guide customers through the loan application and payment reminders as needed.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales goal plans.
