Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in a 100% onsite role. You will embark on an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with promotion to Branch Manager typically requiring relocation.

You will support customers with loan products, while helping grow the branch and promoting company values. The position offers advancement opportunities, a relocation package for promotions over 50 miles, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors like Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate loan business by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
• Promote an outstanding customer experience and handle loan application processes.
