Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations through an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage a branch. You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, and guide them through applications, while supporting the Branch Manager in recruitment and sales planning.

There is a full relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals and originate new loan business by understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on Republic Finance’s lending services and guide them through the loan application process.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet branch goals and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Promote core values and lead by example to encourage internal growth and promotions.
