Job summary

ShipDudes is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our pipeline by identifying and qualifying growing eCommerce brands for fulfillment services. You’ll be the first point of contact, researching, reaching out, and booking calls for Account Executives.

You’ll gain hands-on training, clear targets, and access to tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Gong, developing sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• No degree required; strong fit with hunger and coachability.
• Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to research and qualify eCommerce brands for outbound outreach.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high-growth eCommerce brands across categories.
• Execute daily outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Qualify prospects based on size, volume, and fulfillment needs.
• Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Track activity and lead info in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach.
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and maintain accountability.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
