Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Account Executive to build relationships with leading organizations and help solve meaningful business and technology challenges. You will receive structured sales training, hands-on mentorship, and early exposure to clients and business leaders.

You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and you will grow accounts while receiving a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with business and technology leaders through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings
• Learn a consultative sales approach and lead discovery conversations to understand client goals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing relationship management
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with talent and consulting solutions
• Grow accounts, track activity, and work toward goals
