Job summary

Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Account Executive to build relationships with leading organizations and help solve meaningful business and technology challenges. You will receive structured sales training, hands-on mentorship, and early exposure to clients and business leaders.

Prior staffing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and excited to build a long-term career in sales.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ongoing relationship management
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with talent and consulting solutions
• Grow accounts, track activity, and work toward individual and team goals
