Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship IT staffing brand, seeks an Associate Account Executive in Austin, TX. You will enter a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program, then spend the majority of your time engaging with client decision-makers to secure partnerships and drive revenue.

You will learn a relationship-driven, solution-based selling approach, build executive-level relationships, and progress through multi-stage training led by Brooksource leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in 3-5 designated target accounts and pursue them
• Build and sustain relationships with clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and events
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and deliver successful projects
• Advocate for clients to improve their experience and outcomes
• Present to C-suite executives and champion project roadmaps
• Meet and exceed target sales goals and drive revenue growth
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and sales support team
