Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, seeks an Associate Account Executive for a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program. After training, 80% of your time will be spent meeting client decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win–win engagements with our clients.

You will learn a solution-based selling approach with a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, backed by top sales leaders and in-person training at our Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned accounts through onsite client meetings.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization.
• Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our targeted accounts.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps.
• Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
• Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team.
