Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a driven Associate Account Executive for a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program in Austin. You’ll learn to build relationships, develop pipeline, and secure win-win engagements with clients.

After training, 60% of your time will be in front of clients, presenting solutions to executives and driving partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Base salary plus uncapped commissions and generous benefits await.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in assigned target accounts (3-5).
• Build and sustain relationships through onsite client meetings and presentations.
• Consult with clients to design solutions that deliver outcomes.
• Advocate for the client to improve engagement experience.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
