Job summary

NCR Atleos in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service client ATMs on-site. You will begin with comprehensive training and become the first responder at customer locations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and basic electrical/mechanical aptitude. No ATM experience is required, as full training is provided, with opportunities to grow and impact customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include travel and weather exposure.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
