Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the first on-site responder, troubleshoot basic ATM issues, schedule your day, and communicate updates via the company app.

Training is provided, no prior ATM experience required, with opportunities to grow in a leading payments technology company. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Android devices.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and travel.
• Insurance requirements: bodily injury and property damage limits.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot basic module level issues and elevate when needed.
• Apply training to resolve tasks using manual skills.
• Maintain clear communication using the service app.
