Job summary

NCR Atleos in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer locations. You will be the first on-site contact, diagnose basic module issues, and communicate clearly via our service app. No ATM experience required; training is provided to help you grow.

The role offers hourly pay and a structured schedule, with full benefits upon full-time employment. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain ATMs across multiple sites while advancing in a globally recognized

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include: Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
