NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer locations. Training will be provided, with no prior ATM experience required. You will diagnose issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate via the service app to ensure customer satisfaction.

Expect a base hourly rate with overtime potential and a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends, depending on customer needs and dispatches. Join a team that values service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customers' locations.
• Diagnose problems based on logs and service app data and perform repairs.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and daily hours/miles records.
