Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer sites across assigned areas. You will learn to diagnose basic faults, perform hands-on maintenance, and report work details via our service app.

You must reside in the US, hold a high school diploma, and have a valid driver’s license. Training is provided to develop technical and safety skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the US with a valid driver’s license.
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customer locations as the first line of response.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors.
• Report hours, miles, and job updates accurately in the service app.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete call closures promptly.
