Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer sites in the Tampa, FL area. You will receive hands-on training and work with an industry leader focused on customer satisfaction and rapid response.

The role requires basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, a valid US work status, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours. You’ll contribute to a high-quality service experience while growing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customer locations and be the first line of response for ATM service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic ATM module issues using service app and logs.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report updates, task progress, and call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and record hours driven for each shift.
