NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to represent the NCR Atleos brand by servicing ATMs on customer sites. You'll troubleshoot basic module issues, plan your time, and escalate when needed using our service app.

You will receive on-the-job training, must lift up to 50 lbs, have a HS diploma, valid driver's license, and reside within the designated geographic area. The role involves flexible hours, travel, and working outdoors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and call closure details promptly.
• Maintain parts inventory and ensure accurate hours/miles documented.
