Job summary

NCR Atleos in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs on-site. You will learn through hands-on training, diagnose issues from logs and the service app, perform maintenance and repairs, and report time and mileage while maintaining parts inventory. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area (Atlanta, GA).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with using an Android device.
• Ability to perform essential functions including travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customer locations and troubleshoot basic ATM modules.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and Certifications on our training site.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report hours, miles and work details accurately; manage inventory records.
