Job summary

NCR Atleos in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer locations. You will join a training-focused team that supports you as you learn basic troubleshooting and on-site maintenance, with no prior ATM experience required.

The role emphasizes safety, timely reporting through our service app, and teamwork. You’ll diagnose issues from error logs, perform minor repairs, manage parts and hours, and travel to multiple sites while building practical skills.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Ability to use an Android cell phone.
• Prolonged travel and outdoor work in all seasons.
• Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos on-site at customers' locations.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and call closure details accurately and promptly.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
