Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs on-site at customer locations in Atlanta, GA. You’ll apply on-the-job training to diagnose basic issues, perform minor repairs, and maintain clear communications via the service app to ensure customer satisfaction.

This entry-level role includes comprehensive training, safety guidelines, and a clear path for career growth within a leading ATM solutions provider. A valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions including prolonged travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM promptly and accurately.
