Novogradac & Company LLP is hiring a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to support tenant file compliance for affordable housing programs, with a focus on income eligibility under 24 CFR Part 5. The role involves regulated reviews, research, and collaboration across teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory conformity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in Section 42/Section 8 housing programs, focusing on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; COS or HCCP certifications preferred; willingness to obtain within 2 years.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and federal/state compliance regulations; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively; travel domestically 25-35%.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong Excel and Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file reviews for designated clients.
• Identify potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research compliance regulations and apply findings under supervision.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment with oversight to meet productivity standards.
• Meet or exceed file review productivity benchmarks.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
