Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to support tenant file reviews under Section 42 with emphasis on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility. You will work under supervision, develop expertise in affordable housing compliance, and contribute to multiple client engagements across several U.S.

locations. The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with HOTMA, and the ability to work evenings or weekends and travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• COS/HCCP certifications preferred; willingness to obtain within two years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Identify and elevate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct research related to federal and state compliance regulations and apply findings.
• Work within a deadline-driven environment with oversight to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Meet or exceed file review productivity benchmarks.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
