Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking an Account Executive I to join our security business unit in Columbus, OH, driving sales growth for fire alarm and related security products. You will manage customer relationships and develop proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.

The role emphasizes discovery, solution design, and proactive client engagement to expand our commercial industrial footprint and ensure profitable outcomes. Full benefits and commission are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent combination of education/experience in sales or service of electronic equipment.
• 3+ years of Territory Sales Management in industrial, electronics, security, or similar field.
• Excellent consultative sales expertise with strong planning, prioritizing, organization, negotiating, execution and time management; knowledge of NFPA/NICET codes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, and manages sales growth strategies within the territory to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Completes discovery with customers to understand strategies, pain points, and needs for aligned sales approaches.
• Coordinates site walk-throughs with Engineering and customer for accurate design proposals.
