Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead performance, pipeline, and high-contact activity to drive growth in fire, security, and communications solutions across the Indiana and Ohio markets.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in sales, talent development, and a proven track record of revenue growth. A comprehensive benefits package and commission opportunities accompany the starting salary between $150,000 and $165,000

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading sellers and seller leaders.
• Proven ability to attract and retain top sales talent.
• Track record of growth and profitability.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance, pipeline, productivity and lead sellers to success.
• Hire talent and onboard new sellers in the geography.
• Direct involvement in top accounts and strategic deals.
• Contribute to pilots, thought leadership for change, and provide field perspective for new tools and processes.
• Ability to attract and retain top sales talent.
• Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting.
• Track record of growth and business performance.
• Local to Ohio and/or Indiana Markets.
