Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager. You will complete an 18–24 month on-the-job training program in branch operations and management, with a relocation package upon promotion.

The role focuses on helping customers achieve financial goals, originating loan business, and guiding credit decisions. Expect a base salary of $45,000 per year, paid hourly, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and development of staff.
• Develop strategies to originate new loan business and educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Handle loan applications, risk analysis, credit decisions, closings, and insurance claims.
