Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch.

Your path includes relocation typically, with a full relocation package when promoted; you'll help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, educate on lending services, and guide loan applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a branch and supporting Branch Manager.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and help with loan applications.
• Recruiting and training support and meeting sales goals.
