Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to build customer loan solutions and grow within the branch. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program to master branch operations and move toward managerial responsibilities.

The role emphasizes helping customers meet financial goals, educating on lending services, and driving sales while upholding core values. A relocation package is provided for promotions beyond 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and processing insurance claims.
• Recruit and train staff and help promote sales goals.
