Republic Finance in the United States is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) with a clear path to management. You will complete an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and be prepared to manage your own location.

Your focus is helping customers meet financial goals, originating loan business, educating on lending services, and supporting recruiting and sales planning while upholding our values and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals by identifying loan and product options.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, improving credit, and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plan execution.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
