Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development for Veterinary to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers multiple locations, so each deal is strategic and substantial.

You will leverage inbound and SDR-led meetings to focus on closing. You will own the full cycle on large deals, collaborating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Competenze

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Mansioni

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a signed group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for the most important deals.
