Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to serve as a lead technical advocate for enterprise customers in Kentucky. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product UCaaS solutions, run technical discovery, deliver tailored demos and POCs, and translate customer needs into practical Zoom product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack — SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, and unified communications.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A genuine passion for AI and its impact on the modern workforce.
• Natural rapport-builder with strong business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive feature requests internally.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform internal roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs, remove blockers, and accelerate deals.
