Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer in Columbus to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise customers. You will articulate Zoom's architectural advantages, drive multi-product solution design, and partner with Strategic Accounts to accelerate deal cycles. A strong AI focus and executive presence are essential.

You will collaborate with AEs, product teams, and engineers to design demos, address complex requirements, and help shape the roadmap while delivering customer happiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering for enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge across UCaaS stack including SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, video and unified communications.
• Hands-on API integrations, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for AI with real use cases and impact on the modern workforce.
• Excellent business acumen and executive presence with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform with Strategic Accounts.
• Lead discovery, design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and advocate for features.
• Explain Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to decision-makers.
• Provide market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate across AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs.
