You will manage the full sales cycle, craft tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to close high-value deals while traveling to meet enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forging strong customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers within large global accounts.
• Evaluating and identifying gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Proposing tailored solutions such as CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address specific business challenges.
• Handling all aspects of the sales cycle from initial discovery and solution architecture to closing and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Partnering with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, large-scale deals.
