Job summary

Verizon seeks a Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions sales partner to help large enterprise customers transform their communication infrastructure and elevate CX. You’ll sell CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI-driven automation, forging senior‑level relationships and orchestrating complex, multinational deals.

You’ll travel to meet enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and collaborate with account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Find the right technology to transform large enterprise customers' communication infrastructure and elevate CX.
• Sell CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address business challenges.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery and solution architecture to closing and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Partner with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, large-scale deals.
