Job summary

Verizon is seeking an experienced Unified Communications and Contact Center sales partner to transform enterprise customers' communication infrastructure and elevate their CX. You will drive the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, while aligning with internal teams to deliver tailored UCaaS/CCaaS solutions and AI-driven automation.

You will engage senior leaders, identify workflow gaps, and propose tailored solutions to meet complex business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forging strong customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers within large global accounts.
• Evaluating and identifying gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Proposing tailored solutions such as CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address specific business challenges.
• Handling all aspects of the sales cycle from initial discovery and solution architecture to closing and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Partnering with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, large-scale deals.
