Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) solutions sales partner to help enterprise customers transform their communication infrastructure and elevate CX. You will drive complex deals across CCaaS (Genesys, Webex) and UCaaS, while enabling hybrid workforces and AI-driven interactions.

You'll forge senior-level relationships, identify workflow gaps, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with senior leaders and influencers in large accounts.
• Identify gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Propose tailored CCaaS/UCaaS and AI-driven solutions.
• Handle the full sales cycle from discovery to closing and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to orchestrate complex deals.
