Job summary

Verizon is seeking an experienced UC/CC solutions sales partner to empower large enterprise customers. You will identify technology to transform communication, enable hybrid workforces, and drive CX improvements through AI-enabled interactions.

The role requires selling complex IT solutions, building executive relationships, and guiding multi-faceted deals end-to-end across global accounts. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with senior leaders in large global accounts.
• Evaluate and identify gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Propose tailored CCaaS/UCaaS and AI-driven automation solutions for business challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate large-scale deals.
