Job summary

Verizon is seeking a sales partner focused on Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions to transform enterprise communications and elevate CX. You will engage senior leaders, tailor CCaaS/UCaaS and AI-driven offerings, and drive end-to-end deals in dynamic, global accounts while supporting a mobile, field-oriented work style.

You’ll leverage cloud-based IP communications knowledge, build strong business cases for CX ROI, and travel to meet enterprise clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forges strong customer relationships with senior leaders and influencers within large global accounts.
• Evaluates gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Proposes tailored CCaaS/UCaaS and AI-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Manages all sales-cycle steps from discovery to closing and post-sale satisfaction.
• Coordinates with internal resources to orchestrate large-scale deals.
