Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior technical resilience specialist to drive the TRG cadence, align RTO/RPO definitions across domains, and coordinate resilience exercises with governance boards. You will apply AI/LLMs and automation to optimize enterprise workflows and report insights to executives.

You will operate within a matrixed tech organization, coordinating with information security, product engineering, and risk teams while advancing SOC 2 and DORA compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical resilience, business resilience, enterprise security, or related discipline within a global, matrixed technology organization.
• Hands‑on experience applying generative AI/LLMs or automation tools to optimize engineering or operational workflows.
• Experience designing or operating within structured governance frameworks with the ability to translate technical findings into executive‑ready reporting.
• Clear and concise written communication, synthesizing complex technical topics for senior and board‑level audiences.
• CBCP or CBCI or similar industry certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal driver of the Technical Resilience Group (TRG) cadence, translating governance into repeatable, auditable processes reported to the Enterprise Resilience Board (ERB).
• Define and harmonize RTO/RPO definitions and reporting standards across stakeholder domains.
• Drive prioritized, risk-based exercising and continuous improvement of technical and operational resilience.
• Lead external benchmarking of resilience posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peer standards; ensure audit readiness.
