Job summary
Contruent LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as a strategic technical advisor for its largest enterprise customers. You will own technical health, adoption success, and long-term value realization, working proactively to ensure measurable outcomes from the Contruent investment.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, support renewals, influence expansion, and strengthen long-term
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or related roles.
- Experience using Contruent Enterprise (formerly Ares Prism).
- Experience supporting complex enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership: be the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts and align objectives with customer goals.
- Proactive technical leadership: own technical health, perform assessments, plan releases, and review best practices.
- Escalation & issue leadership: drive complex issue resolution and root cause analysis while maintaining confidence during high-impact events.
- Adoption, retention & expansion support: contribute to renewals with technical insight and identify expansion opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: bridge customers with internal teams and share best practices.
