Job summary
Amazon Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager within AWS Enterprise Support to serve as the principal technical advisor for enterprise customers.
You will guide customers through complex architectures, drive adoption of EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, and other AWS services, and work with senior leaders to balance incidents, risk, and business outcomes. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
- Experience with distributed systems and troubleshooting in a distributed environment.
- Experience in external enterprise customer-facing roles as a technical lead.
- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executives.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
