Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an Enterprise AWS Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer across multiple technologies.

You will influence incident response, architecture strategy, and service delivery for top customers while working with engineers and service teams to drive issue resolution. You will foster proactive adoption of AWS services, craft strategic guidance, and ensure operational health and resilience in customers'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for enterprise AWS users.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and operate distributed applications.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed to support customer engagements.
