Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Enterprise Support Manager within the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization to lead customer engagements and build scalable support for enterprise clients in Pittsburgh. The role will focus on solving complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value cloud-based solutions.

Open to traveling up to 25%, you will partner with senior executives, enterprise software teams, and AWS services to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct customer engagement, including executive-level interactions
• Experience working with enterprise software companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Technology, CS, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of technical team management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for building or managing full application stacks
• Manage customer engagements and drive resolutions for complex enterprise issues
• Oversee networks and web service integrations across multiple layers and platforms
