Qualifications

- Experience leading or building high-performing technical teams.
- Proven ability to drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to mitigate customer risks and accelerate cloud migration.
- Manage the Enterprise Support experience for assigned customers, providing periodic reviews and actionable insights.
- Build deep customer relationships to become a trusted advisor for critical workloads and digital transformation.
- Drive scalable solutions incorporating AWS offerings into customer architectures across your vertical.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to accelerate adoption and improve satisfaction.
