Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers to resolve technical issues with AWS engineers.
• Engage in deep architectural discussions for resilient cloud deployments.
• Help customers define IT and business processes for cloud deployments.
• Interact with executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Influence product roadmap with AWS leadership.
• Provide reviews of service disruptions, metrics and pre-launch planning.
