Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Linux & Networking Fundamentals.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of CV/ML pipeline practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Support’s on-call rotation.
• Ensure technical customer issues are serviced to contractual SLA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects & Implementation Engineers.
