Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Customer Success Partner for a fully remote role within the United States. You will manage strategic national/global accounts, develop account plans, cross-sell solutions, and coordinate with operations, technology, and client teams to maintain service levels and drive revenue growth.

You will analyze trends, present quarterly reviews, and build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years proven experience in professional account management or sales for strategic national/global accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and thorough sales account plans detailing customers, industries, and risk history.
• Track revenue trends and opportunities; meet revenue objectives within named accounts.
• Identify additional FA products/solutions to cross-sell and expand account penetration.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of background screening and occupational health programs.
