Job summary

First Advantage, a leading provider of background screening solutions, seeks a Customer Success Partner (Staffing Vertical) to grow revenue within named accounts. This remote, home-based role collaborates with client teams to deploy FA solutions and maintain service levels across enterprise accounts.

You will develop strategic plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and deliver client reviews while building strong C-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional account management or sales for strategic national/global accounts.
• Strong MS Office skills and exceptional communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex solutions and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear account plans for named customers in staffing.
• Track revenue trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Meet or exceed revenue objectives for named accounts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and required resources.
• Prepare quarterly and annual client business reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
