• Develops strategies to penetrate accounts with the key decision makers at the Enterprise Account level.
• Reports customer activity to management, identifying customer requirements and trends.
• Develops strategic plans to address customer requirements with short and long-term goals.
• Provides marketing, technical, and administrative support to named accounts' internal departments.
• Introduces Canon technology, service, software, and 3rd party solutions to meet customer needs.
• Establishes high level relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
