Job summary

Cisco seeks a Solutions Engineer to join our Global Enterprise Team as a trusted advisor to top Enterprise organizations. In a pre-sales technical role, you’ll demonstrate Cisco product solutions, set up demonstrations, explain features, and design configurations to meet customer needs.

You’ll work with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present solutions, align opportunities with client priorities, and develop architectures that reflect Cisco’s vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting.
• Experience with Cisco products or competitor offerings.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CCIE/CCNP/CCNA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on Enterprise accounts in a pre-sales capacity.
• Design and demonstrate Cisco solutions and architectures for customers.
• Collaborate with account teams to align opportunities with customer priorities.
• Prepare RFP responses and technical proposals.
