Responsibilities

• You will be a member of a customer Account Team in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco product solutions and configuring products to meet customer needs.
• You will demonstrate the business value of Cisco Services and Architectures by aligning opportunities with customer challenges and priorities.
• You will collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present solutions and support architecture development for global customers.
• You will act as a trusted technical advisor for the account team and customers.
• You will stay up-to-date on Cisco innovations and competitor solutions.
• You will assist with development and execution of formal sales plans and RFPs for assigned accounts.
