Factory is hiring Enterprise Solutions Engineers to own the technical relationship and drive revenue with our largest customers across the Eastern US—from first discovery through pilot, expansion, and ongoing success.

This strategic role requires leading technical engagements, architecting solutions inside real dev environments, and helping customers map objectives to platform capabilities. You’ll be a revenue-focused teammate driving growth and influencing product direction.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in a technical customer-facing role with experience supporting customer lifecycles.
• Led complex, technical enterprise deal cycles with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to read code, write scripts, debug integrations and present to staff engineers.
• Understands Git workflows, CI/CD, testing frameworks and deployment strategies.
• Solves problems like an engineer and communicates clearly.
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup selling to sophisticated buyers.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical evaluation and run full-cycle product evaluations, proofs of concept, and pilots in customer environments.
• Drive revenue and growth by turning pilots into broad adoption and identifying new use cases.
• Architect the rollout by integrating Factory into CI/CD, reviews, testing, and deployments, including air-gapped/private deployments.
• Be the customer’s technical voice, diagnosing friction and translating needs to product.
• Provide actionable feedback to product by identifying patterns across customers.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
